Getting to the gym on a regular basis continues to be one of the biggest struggles for the average person. Whether you do not have the time of day or are simply too lazy to make time, finding some sort of motivation to get you in is great. Get yourself a gym partner or two and make a point of contacting one another whenever you go. Create a goal, not necessarily a size or weight to reach, but rather something along the lines of a routine. Finding a way to work it into your busy schedule, even if it is only once or twice a week, will at least get you out the door.
