This time can be special, because we really have time to think what we did and what we would like to change. This can be refreshing and motivating, but also demotivating and tiring, since we all know how hard it is to change habits. Make the most of autumn’s outdoors on lightweight bikes

It s September and that means its autumn time to get outdoors for that last fling before hibernating! Get yourself onto your bike and hit the trails to crunch leaves and dine alfresco on what this season has to offer. If you re lacking a bicycle, or if you re just about tired of that rusted bit of metal you own, make sure you take a look at some lightweight bikes (buy one, do it). Even if you decide you re going to take a nice tour of the neighbourhood and forgo cross-country cycle training this year, you ll notice the benefits of a lighter bike if you hit any type of incline.
